Refund Policy

14-day refund

If walkai-talkai is not right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No reason is needed.

How to request

• Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout and include your order or license key.
• Stripe, as the Merchant of Record, issues the refund to the original payment method and updates your receipt. Banks usually take a few business days to show it.

What happens to the license

When a refund is issued the license is revoked automatically and the app stops working after its next verification. Please remove the app from your Mac.

After 14 days

After the 14-day period we refund only if the product does not work as described on a supported Mac and we cannot fix it. Chargebacks are treated as refunds and revoke the license.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have by law.
