Lost your key or need the app again?

You do not need the app installed for any of this. Get your license key by email, download the app with your key, or move your license to a new Mac.

I lost my license key

Enter the email address you used at checkout. We will email your license key together with a download link for the app.

I have my key, I need the app

Enter your license key to download the latest version of walkai-talkai for macOS (Apple Silicon).

Moving to a new Mac

  1. 1.On the old Mac: open walkai-talkai → About → License → Remove from This Mac.
  2. 2.On the new Mac: download the app with your key (above), open it and paste the key into the activation window.

Old Mac lost, broken or erased?

If you cannot remove the license from the old Mac, email us from your purchase address and we will reset the activation so you can use the key on your new Mac.
